In the Moment 1

I was truly 'In The Moment' for throwing paint on canvas. However, there was a method to the madness. I taped a large housepaint brush to the end of a broomstick & put 3 canvas' on floor, whipped up some black & red paint. I settled my mind and body down. When the time was right I made one impulsive fleeting movement across all 3 canvas. I did not go back and fuss. I just let it dry.
